And in between or in the afternoon?
All day there is fresh fruit and, in the afternoon, homemade cake and many other delicacies. In our farmhouse and in the restaurant "Kleine Möhre" you can get drinks and delicious coffee specialities around the clock and as much as you like. The only question that remains is where you'd prefer to have your slice of cake and delicious latte macchiato?
Need a packed lunch for the road?
Get to know our beautiful surroundings, perhaps a horse-drawn carriage ride, paddle, or bike tour. Just let us know the day before and we will pack you a delicious lunch.
From the garden to the plate
In the evening, our kitchen team will serve you a buffet of great variety, always fresh, seasonal and of course delicious.
Whether vegan and vegetarian specialities from our vegetable garden or regional partners, dishes with locally sourced meat, crisp salads, fresh bread, and delicious puddings.
Short transport routes, the best husbandry methods and high product quality of the ingredients from selected suppliers are always the top priority for our kitchen.
Picnic or pizza take away - rounds up our offer.
As an alternative to our extensive buffet, you can also enjoy some exclusive family time in the open air.
With our freshly packed, high-quality picnic basket and a variety of delicacies, you can take a trolley and XXL picnic blanket out onto our meadow or into the wonderful Lüneburg Südheide, which is within walking distance.
Or you can order a delicious pizza takeaway and enjoy it on the meadow, balcony or terrace of your flat with a view of the farm garden and paddocks. All-inclusive, of course.

Sustainable right from the start
Sustainability and respectful treatment of nature are very important to us. As a family hotel, we want the next generation to be able to harvest the fruits we sow today - preferably from our own vegetable garden.
For many years, we have also cooperated with the Holsten farm in Widdernhausen in our region to buy fresh vegetables for our guests with short transport routes.
