Built in 2010 and extensively renovated in 2026, it offers a total of 12 apartments furnished with great attention to detail, which can accommodate up to six families. The rooms range in size from 25m² to 50m². Each family home also has its own terrace or balcony. Some have views of the farmhouse, outdoor pool and swimming pool or the playground, riding arena and forest clearing, from where you can watch the deer having breakfast in the morning. This is a holiday on a first-class farm.
Pig house
In the heart of our family hotel in Germany, opposite the restaurant “Kleine Möhre” and the play barn “Landlümmels”, five 2-3 room flats offer you modern comfort steeped in old tradition. On 45 m², you have your own little terrace, cosy alcove beds as well as a fireplace and balcony or a shower and separate bathtub.
Cabins
These two wooden cabins found their place between the farmhouse and the restaurant in 2018. Flooded with light, you can relax over two floors of 45 m² and enjoy the view over pastures and fields both from your own terrace and from the bed in the (parents') room. Or you can make yourself comfortable in the second room or the cosy living room. In any case, there is enough space for that special flair with up to 5 family members.
Farmhouse
Built in 1907, it was long the residence of the Averbeck family and now offers space for six families in cosy 1-room apartments of up to 25 square metres and five families in spacious 2-room apartments of up to 40 square metres – with views over the courtyard in (almost) all directions.
On the ground floor, you can grab a drink or snack from the Plauderei at any time, enjoy cake and pastries in the afternoon and make yourself comfortable in the lobby or the Jagdstube, play a game of billiards, or get advice for your next excursion to the beautiful Südheide at our reception.
And from the farmhouse, you have direct access to the swimming pool with two saunas and our beauty and massage area.

Horse farm
For decades, this building served as the residence of the neighbouring farm, located in close proximity to our stables and riding hall. In 2025, we converted it into two stylish apartments.
Two lovely families will find cosy, stylish living comfort in the one-room and two-room apartments. With their own terrace and sweeping views over the riding arena, the farm animals and as far as the forest clearing.
